Wash/Dry Laundry Services Agreement

Greenlife Laundry Corporation Canada services are provided subject to your (hereinafter "Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. As a condition to using any of Greenlife Laundry's services, and for the mutual benefit of both the Customer and Greenlife Laundry Corporation Canada, the undersigned ("Customer") by contacting Royal Forest Laundry either in person, by telephone, fax, email or internet for the purpose of contracting laundry services, agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Notice of Restrictions

Greenlife Laundry will endeavor to ensure the highest quality service. However:

Greenlife Laundry is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, matts or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.

Greenlife Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Greenlife Laundry was responsible for the loss.

Greenlife Laundry is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Customer's garments. Please check garments before delivering them to Royal Forest Laundry.

Greenlife Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal items such as money, jewelry, or any other object that is not intended to be washed by Greenlife Laundry. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or bag given to us with articles to be laundered.

Greenlife Laundry is not responsible for the loss, or damage of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off. There must be Customer present at the time of pick and drop off to ensure the safety of Customer’s items.

Greenlife Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

Greenlife Laundry will do everything possible to remove all stains, but Greenlife Laundry can not guarantee removal of all stains.

Although Greenlife Laundry is not liable for damage or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers, if Greenlife Laundry is proven to have lost the item of clothing, Greenlife Laundry will reimburse Customer for lost or damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by Greenlife Laundry. Customer must notify Greenlife Laundry within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery. If the item is not reported before or on that third day then the failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

Customer shall make available the laundry order for pickup at the time agreed to when ordering - should the customer fail to make alternate arrangements with Greenlife Laundry in the event of a change in pickup time, at any rate not less than four (4) hours prior to the arranged pickup time, the customer agrees that an additional charge of the minimum order shall apply. This charge shall not be less than $45. The customer agrees to pay the minimum charge for a 'no-show' regardless if they choose to proceed with the laundering of their order.

Greenlife Laundry's liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the service paid by Customer. This liability shall be the extent of Greenlife Laundry's liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Greenlife Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Greenlife Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Greenlife Laundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement. By placing an order with Greenlife Laundry the customer agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth above. All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable.
